How To Dress Up Your Mantle with a Snowscape
1st Layer: Arrange flat boughs/branches; they can be fake or real, as the base.
2nd Layer: Lay a set of tiny white lights over the boughs;
3rd Layer: Place a variety of trees and any little figurines you can find (angels, reindeer, snowmen, etc);
4th Layer: Use fiber-fill to create a snow effect and cover and unsightly wires.
5th Layer: Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow! Sprinkle fake snow over the entire thing and you're done!
