Jewelry for your Dining Room
You've painted your walls, refinished the hardwoods, and bought a new dining room set in anticipation of your first fancy gourmet dinner party. So what do you need for the finishing touch? How about a handcrafted glass chandelier? In Seattle you don't have to go far to find one. One of the most talented artists, James Curtis, has set up shop in Fremont and he can create an original work of art. Or he can restore an antique fixture that has lost its glass shade along the way.
One little note, when you get ready to sell your house if you want to take your chandelier with you, please take it down and replace it with another fixture before listing your house. Putting a note on it saying "this goes with seller" or worse yet, informing the buyer after the offer has been written that they don't get this work of art makes for a very difficult transaction. If they've never seen it, they don't know what they' missing.
